Service & Support The design, delivery and installation of the audio visual equipment is only just the start. The equipment must remain perfectly operational. Pro Systems is your most flexible and skilful partner. Our clients can decide to what degree they wish to make use of our services: Your technical staff can count on our specialists for professional guidance. The basic principles of your installation are explained. As a result, minor failures of the system can be resolved in house. Faulty parts can be shipped out to our technical service department. Our technicians will take of a professional repair or replacement of such faulty parts. Do you require an on-site service visit to repair the equipment? A service contract will be required for on-site support.
Service Contracts Do you require on-site service support, use of our telephone helpdesk, extended warranty of replacement parts or periodical preventative maintenance visits? These and numerous other options can be included in your tailored made service contract. Due to our modular service contract structure, our clients can built a contract to cover their specific needs.
